We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He said he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
